To uphold our quality standards, all used Cooper parts are meticulously security marked under CCTV surveillance before leaving our premises. If you need to return parts under warranty, please ensure that the security marking or sticker is included for refund processing.

Rest assured, any parts repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered until the end of the original period. Should you face any issues with your order, please contact us before fitting the items.
MINI COOPER USED PARTS DELIVERY

We dispatch Mini Cooper spare parts promptly via tracked delivery services such as Royal Mail and reputable couriers. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your items directly from our Sheffield, South Yorkshire facility.

For items currently in stock, delivery is generally within 2 working days. For parts still on accident-damaged vehicles, please allow extra time for removal, packaging, and shipping.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries usually occur between 8am and 5pm, couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details to arrange a redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through the original payment method and issued within 5 working days. LA MINI does not cover labour costs associated with the fitting or removal of faulty or incorrectly supplied Mini Cooper parts.

It is crucial to verify the accuracy of the Mini Cooper part before installation, whether performed by you or a garage. Any defective parts must be reported within 14 days and may be subject to testing. All returns should be initiated within 21 days; returns outside this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
