When you buy Mini Convertible parts from LA MINI, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are paramount. Each spare part purchased through our online store comes with a complimentary warranty, guaranteeing the quality of our items.

To ensure quality, all used Convertible parts are thoroughly security marked under CCTV surveillance before they leave our premises. If returning parts under warranty or guarantee, it is important that the security marking or sticker is intact for refund processing.

Parts repaired or replaced under guarantee will be covered until the end of the original warranty period. If you have any issues with your order, please inform us before fitting the items.

We dispatch Mini Convertible spare parts promptly using tracked delivery services such as Royal Mail and well-known courier companies. Alternatively, you can collect items directly from our storage facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

For items that are in stock, you can expect delivery within 2 working days. For parts still attached to accident-damaged vehicles, please allow extra time for removal, packaging, and shipping.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Although deliveries generally occur between 8am and 5pm, couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details for arranging a suitable redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via the original payment method and issued within 5 working days. LA MINI does not cover any labour costs associated with the fitting or removal of faulty or incorrectly supplied used Mini Convertible parts.

Make sure the part is correct before installation, whether done by you or a garage. Any faulty parts must be reported within 14 days and may be subject to testing. All returns must be started within 21 days; returns requested after this period may be denied.
