To maintain our high standards, all used Countryman parts are carefully security marked under CCTV surveillance before leaving our facility. If you need to return parts under warranty, make sure the security marking or sticker is included for processing a refund.

Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered until the end of the original warranty period. If you experience any issues with your order, please inform us before installing the items.

Our Mini Countryman spare parts are dispatched quickly using tracked delivery services such as Royal Mail and other trusted couriers. Alternatively, you can collect items directly from our Sheffield, South Yorkshire location.

For parts in stock, expect delivery within 2 working days. For components still attached to accident-damaged vehicles, additional time may be required for removal, packaging, and shipping.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries typically occur between 8am and 5pm, couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for rescheduling or collection from a nearby depot.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed through the original payment method and are issued within 5 working days. LA MINI does not cover labour costs related to the fitting or removal of faulty or incorrectly supplied Mini Countryman parts.

Ensure the part is correct before installation, whether done by yourself or a garage. Any defective parts must be reported within 14 days and may be tested for verification. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; returns outside this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
